Upcoming Events for December 2016

December 3, 2016: Toy Packing Day
8:30 AM – those with trucks, meet at Rick’s Shop to load toys into trucks – approximately 135 boxes.
8:30 AM – everyone else, meet at the CLUB FOR BOYS Shop to set up tables in the kitchen area in preparation for the arrival of the trucks bearing toys. Bring boxes, sharpies, tape dispensers, hand trucks, or utility carts, and tennis shoes.

9:00 AM – Arrange toys in order, discuss the process, then begin filling TOY PICK LISTS and packing toys for distribution into 25 groups with 22 different types of toys. Toys will be delivered to some groups on the same day. The rest of the toys will be delivered on Tuesday Dec 6th, 2016.

8:30 am – meet at the Club for Boys to load toys for Youth and Family Services

9:00 am – meet at the Youth and Family Services offices off Deadwood Ave to delivery toys

December 12, 2016 – RCWA Family Christmas Potluck

6:00 PM – 8 PM – meet at the Club for Boys – at the location of the former Thrift Store across from the Journey Museum.
